Killer ratio

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits cannot repeat within cages. Orthogonally adjacent cages have sums in the 1:2 ratio and cannot share any digit.
- Digits joined by a black dot are in the 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
