TSL - Turn 1

Rules:
  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • Same Parity Lines: Digits on a line must have the same parity (odd/even).
  • Parity Change Counters: Clues outside of the grid count the number of times parity (odd/even) changes in that row/column. For example, if a row had a 4 clue outside of it, then 134572689 would be a valid row because the parity changes 4 times: 13-4-57-268-9 where "-" indicates a change in parity.
  • Skyscraper Clues: Clues outside of the grid are simultaneously skyscraper clues. Digits in the grid represent heights of skyscrapers. Clues outside of the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column, looking in the direction starting from the clue.
