Normal sudoku rules apply.
In this puzzle each digit from 1 to 9 is either always a camel or never a camel. Camels must never see an identical digit by camel move (an extended chess knight move: 3,1). Non-camels may or may not see an identical digit by camel move.
A digit in a cell with an arrow must equal the number of camels seen in the indicated direction (not including the arrow cell itself). Where multiple arrows are given the digit equals the sum of all arrows.
