Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This was my entry for turn 1 of the first season of The Skunkworks League! The challenge was to make a puzzle where we couldn't change the placement of any of the lines in the grid, and we couldn't add anything other than givens inside the grid. I gave myself the additional challenge of having no outside clues, relying just on the ruleset I came up with, along with some well-placed givens, to solve the puzzle!

Rules:

Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
3-Whispers: Adjacent digits along a pink line must differ by at least 3.
Build-your-own split peas: The sum of the digits along a pink line will be a 2-digit number. Place a circle in a cell orthogonally adjacent to each end of the line such that one circle contains the tens digit of this sum, and the other circle contains the ones digit.
Each line has two distinct circles, each circle can only count for one line, and circles may not be placed on lines.
