Normal sudoku rules apply
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Can be played online at f-puzzles or Sudokupad
Solution code: Column 5 (top to bottom). 9 digits, no spaces

I was so annoyed when I put the solution code in to find it was wrong, despite it being a unique solution. Turns out I didn't read that it's the COLUMN 5, not row 5.

Well, I was gonna go to bed... then I saw that Tallcat had posted a new puzzle. I had to do this puzzle first. It was well worth losing 16 minutes of sleep tonight. :)
