Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Lions and Territories: Nine cells in the grid contain Lions. There is exactly one Lion in each row, column and marked 3x3 box and a complete set of the digits 1-9 has to appear in the Lion cells.
The Lions divide the grid into nine Territories by the following rule: A cell belongs to the Territory of the Lion who can reach it with the fewest number of orthogonal steps. If there is a tie, it belongs to the Territory of the Lion with the higher digit.
For the purpose of sum calculations the value of a Lion cell equals the number of cells in its Territory including the Lion cell itself.
Territory Sum Lines: Along lines the values have to add up to an equal sum for each Territory the line passes through. This sum may be different for different lines. Each line has to visit at least two Territories and a line may not re-enter a Territory.
Have fun solving!
