PUZZLE
RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Renban Line (starting cells r1c3, r1c4): Digits along a magenta line contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
German Whisper Line (starting cells r4c5, r6c1): Digits along a green line differ by at least 5.
Region Sum Line (starting cell r2c9): Digits along a blue line are divided by the 3x3 box borders into sums of equal value.
Black Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Accessability Note: The Renban Line that starts at r1c3 and ends at r1c7 shares one cell with the German Whisper Line that starts at r4c5.

the solution code says row 2 when it actually requires column 2
