Another puzzle from the mind benders week. A very nice puzzle featuring Hiyoureaders. Leave a comment if you liked it.
Rules:
Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
Killer-Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the value shown in the upper left corner of the cage.
XV-Dominos: Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. Not all Xs are necessarily given (no negative constraint).
Kropki pairs: Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Quadruples: Digits in a Quadruple circle must be placed at least once in the four cells touching that circle.
Skyscraper rules: a clue outside the grid gives the number of digits that can be seen from the clue's perspective in its row/column. Higher digits obstruct the view, i.e. lower digits placed anywhere behind higher digits do not contribute to the skyscraper sum in that direction.
Solution code: Row 2 left to right.

1.5 stars for me, but definitely not a beginner-A.

Definitely not 1 star IMO...was still doable but I would not consider it approachable enough especially if new to skyscrapers

either I'm pants at skyscrapers or that oughta be at least 2 stars... I'd give it 3 stars to be safe.

Adjusted the skyscraper rule. Of course the number of digits seen is shown by the clue. Thanks for the comment.

Very nice puzzle. The skyscraper rule appears to be incorrectly stated: the clue shows the _number_ of digits seen, not the sum.
