This is my first galaxies-puzzle. It is one of two final challenge puzzles for my students who worked for one week very successful with variant sudokus - we called it the "mind benders week". In terms of this plattform it is probably somewhere around 2 stars of difficulty. Leave a comment if you like it.
Rules:
Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
Divide the grid into galaxies: orthogonally connected groups of cells that have 180 degree rotational symmetry about their centers (marked with a brown dot). All cells must be part of a galaxy; no galaxies overlap.
Digits in galaxies do not repeat and sum to the number in its center (if given).
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive and must belong to the same galaxy.
The ">" points to the smaller digit of the Domino.
Solution code: Row 5 with a "-" for galaxy borders (e.g. 18-3-7269-45).

Great puzzle, great fun! I truly love galaxy type puzzles, and this one is so nice! I lost about 20 minutes convinced the puzzle was broken, until I read the rules and found out the V was not a 5 but a greather than sign :)))

Here's my solve of your puzzle. It was fun!
Also, the t and i in Galactic are swapped on the sudokupad title. I used it for my video and realized that it was spelled Galacitc :D.
