Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply
DOUBLERS
– There is exactly one Doubler cell in every row, column, and 3x3 box. These cells contain a full set of the digits 1-9 and do not overlap with the Body Snatcher cells
– A Doubler cell's value is twice the value of the digit in that cell
BODY SNATCHERS
–There is exactly one Body Snatcher cell in every row, column, and 3x3 box. These cells contain a full set of the digits 1-9 and do not overlap with the Doubler cells
– Body snatcher cells count as exactly one higher, or one lower than the value of one of the cells they are orthogonally adjacent to, which cell must be in the same box as the Body Snatcher it's parasited by
RENBANS
– Each purple line contains a set of consecutive, non-repeating values, which can appear in any order
– Digits can repeat on a renban as long as the value they take is never twice the same and no value ends up repeated on the renban

Very interesting logic and even after placing all special cells there is quite some puzzling to be done. Solution path felt very smooth. I think the break-in is quite easy for a 5* puzzle, but the rest of the solve justifies the difficulty rating.

Absolutely fantastic puzzle! If you ask the right questions along the way, the logic is not terribly difficult. I'd say 4 stars, and I imagine feels like 5 stars if you're getting stuck by not asking the right questions (to me, 5 stars has complicated logic even when asking the right questions). Either way, phenomenal.

Absolutely brilliant puzzle! Very nice construction with a very smooth solve path. Loved how every step flowed very naturally as a reward of the previous step. Therefore, if you look at the right place, the steps dont feel too difficult at all.
I can see the difficulty, but to me the solve went smoother than some 4* or even a few 3* puzzles I did xD

Sorry, I’m totally confused by the second renban-rule here. So is it right that if there is a doubler on the line its digit cannot appear again on the line?
- Sorry for not seeing this right away. Basically it's just reiterating that values can't repeat on a line. So say a doubled 2 is on a line, then another 2 could appear elsewhere, but a 4 couldn't. Hopefully this cleared up the confusion!
