Rules:
Chaos Construction:
The digits 1-9 occur exactly once in every row, column and orthoganally connected region. The region border must be deduced by the solver.
Arrows:
The digit in a cell with arrows is the number of different regions seen by the arrow (including the cell it's in).
Thermometers:
Along Thermometers, digits must increase from bulb to end.
You can solve it at CTC.

Solution code: Row 5 with "-" for every border between two regions. (e.g.: 1-234-56-789)

Not a solver, just wanted to point out that the rules on Sudokupad still says digits one through six

Great puzzle, but that errant clue in r4c6 in CTC app caused a lot of heartache. I eventually figured that it couldn’t be right and ignored it.

Fixed the clue and a typo.

Clue in r4c6 is wrong. Not sure if I used it completely. So it is possible it is not needed.
