The modern understanding of the properties of a semiconductor relies on quantum physics to explain the movement of charge carriers in a crystal lattice.
Rules:
- Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
- Modular lines: Any set of three adjacent digits along a modular line (usually teal in colour) has three different remainders when divided by 3.
- Thermometers: Digits on Thermos are strictly increasing from bulb to tip.
- Little Killers: Clues outside the grid are the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.

It was GORGEOUS. I'm relatively to sudoku variants so it took me a time, but once you see the pattern it's the most pleasing puzzle I've ever seen.

Nice puzzle! Took me WAY too long to realize how the lines were interacting with one another. Once I did, the solve went very quickly.

Very cool design. I slowly, slowly pieced together how the pieces fit together and then all of a sudden the puzzle finished itself for me in a flash!
