Matty Didn't Call You Back Because He Had The Wrogn Number
Hello everyone, it's my friend Brody's birthday today (Not in his time zone, oops). I asked him a couple of weeks ago what his favourite sudoku variants are. He mentioned killer cages and arrows, but his top two were anti-knight and wrogn. One of those I could have easily put something together for him. The other is this thing. Sorry.

Enjoy?
Solution code: The row of Brody's favourite sudoku number, row 5 please.

What a fantastic puzzle - so good that it prompted me to create an account here! It's fiendishly difficult, and I was left pondering where to go for long periods of time. But once you spot it; the logic flows so nicely. Also, I found this mentioned on Cracking the Cryptic. Their solve video is over on Patreon, and this is definitely the hardest puzzle I've ever solved without needing to watch Simon for some help!

This is such an intricate puzzle. The clues are so well placed, it is almost magical. Every tiny bit of deduction was so satisfying. Not easy but extremely delicious solve. Thanks a lot @Laake for sharing this.

Stupidly good - the range and variety of logic and the multiple use of the same clues makes this a very hard solve, but every step, once seen, is clear and clean, and there are more "aha!" moments than in any other puzzle I recall. What an achievement.

+1, very nice puzzle setting, all clues are crucial and you tend to miss the Skyscrapers.

Agree with earlier comment, the way some clues did double or even triple duty and they way their different types interacted was really good.

This is really well done. I was impressed again and again at how much care was put into the clues, many of which were useful on multiple levels.
