This is a puzzle I made for Scojo's secret setter challenge.
My identity was discovered before the solve even started...
Sharing it here now for everyone to enjoy. :)
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. All black dots are given.
Every question mark represents a different constraint.
- Nabner (gold): Digits on the golden line cannot repeat, and no two digits on the line can be consecutive, regardless of their order along the line.
- German Whisper line (green): Adjacent digits along the green line must differ by at least 5.
- Parity line (red): Adjacent digits along the red line must alternate in parity (odd/even).
- Thermometer (grey): Digits along the thermometer must increase from the bulb to the tip, which can be on either end and are to be deduced.
- Region Sum line (blue): Digits along the blue line sum to the same value in each 3x3 box the line passes through.
- Combo line (turquoise): The turquoise line acts as both a German whisper line and a Region sum line, as described above.

Very nice puzzle with a beautiful setting. After an easy break-in you have to be very careful, but the negative constraint always helps getting the next digit. I cannot understand the quite low ratings here… Thank you very much for creating and sharing this gem.

I don't know either, I can only assume people could't appreciate the intended logic, or didn't find it. This is actually one of my favorite puzzles I've done lately, I think it deserves more love.. Thanks for your continued support, Franjo.

Didnt read the part about all black dots being given and got stuck there for a while :D
