catch the bird

Can you solve the sudoku and catch the bird? Please leave a comment, if you have any recommendations. (i'm not sure about the difficulty, so please decide for yourself)
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Renban line: Usually shown as purple lines (in this sudoku as light grey), digits along a Renban line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
Thermometers: Digits on Thermos are strictly increasing from bulb to tip.
Even/Odd: Cells marked with a grey square contain even digits. Cells marked with a grey circle contain odd digits.
XV-Dominos: Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. Cells separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given (no negative constraint).
The following picture shows all the Renban lines and the even/odd markings in a different color, for you to understand it better.

Thank you for this nice puzzle, Deloulou! I found it to be more challenging than 2 stars, but maybe I was missing deductions just for longer than I should have. In any case, the solve has been good fun. Thank you for setting and sharing!

The Odd/Even rule has thrown me off, as it is not applied to the thermo bulbs in box 2.

Perhaps it might be worth indicating how the renban in boxes 2 and 5 work
