Rules:
- Quattroquadri sudoku: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each into the 3x3 boxes. Digits may not repeat in the same row, column, or box of the 6x6 grid.
- Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the small number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits in cages must not repeat; this includes cages outside the grid.
- Numbered rooms: A clue outside the grid indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
- Each caged cell outside the grid must contain a valid numbered rooms clue.

Very nice puzzle! I managed to ignore Sudoku despite there being less Sudoku than in a Sudoku.
