Puzzle rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Scrambled Cages: Digits can't repeat within a cage. The digits in each cage sum to the number in the top left of a different cage. All cage sums are different.
- Scrambled Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of a different arrow. All arrow sums are different.

Very enjoyable and scrambled my brain a bit until I figured a way in. I'd say average difficulty, but on the tricky side. Good fun!

Quite tricky to get started, but once moving this had some beautiful deductions and various different ways of pushing forward.
