A Normal Killer

This is my first puzzle so enjoy.
- Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
- The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage. And cages can't cross box borders.
- The grid is partially covered in fog, placing correct digits will reveal more fog. (No Guessing)
