The rules are as follows:
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Cells separated by a king's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Cells separated by white dots have consecutive values.
Cells separated by green dots (ovals) have a value ratio of 3:1.
Cells separated by orange dots (diamonds) have a value difference of 3, i.e. 1.4.7, 2.5.8, 3.6.9 Not all dots are given.
Digits in cages cannot repeat.

Nice puzzle, especially since it's a kind of Window Sudoku. :) The only pity is the solution code. 18 numbers are unnecessary.
- Thank you for your feedback. The reason I ask for 18 digits is when I first began setting, I was flooded with comments that my solution codes were too short. Once I went to an 18-digit format, those comments stopped. I'm beginning to see now comments about 18 being too many. It's definitely a balancing act. Thanks for playing the puzzle! Cheers! - Tingo
