Angels and Demons

(Published on 16. September 2024, 22:43 by rudybaby)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb end.

All cages sum to the same total.

Each cage is either an Angel cage or a Demon cage.

In Angel cages, digits cannot repeat within the cage. In Demon cages, digits CAN repeat within the cage.

All Angel cages contain the exact same set of digits, and none of these digits can appear in any Demon cage.

For every possible pair of Demon cages, the set of digits (ignoring duplicates) in one cage is a (not necessarily strict) subset of the set of digits in the other cage. Eg. you can have four demon cages with [12345, 11234, 11234 and 1223], but you can't have 1223 and 124 together, since neither is a subset of the other.
