Sushoku 5x5

If you'd like to make your own, here's a 4x4 template and a 5x5 template.
SUSHOKU
- Fill each cell with a digit from 0-9
- Digits can't repeat in a row or column
- Each row and column is an equation (or inequality), read from left to right or top to bottom.
- Cells with no symbol between them represent 2-digit numbers (which can't start with zero).
- Red circles contain the same digit.

Solvers should set "Mark Solved Digits" to Off, otherwise SudokuPad gives unearned hints

Nice one again and comfortably challenging for me (I needed three attempts.). Two questions:
Maybe it's somehow easy, but I've no idea: How did you come to the name Sushoku?
You label these as Sudokus, but they have no regions and are not even latin squares. Are you sure you want to keep it this way?

juggler: "Sushoku" could either be 数食 (number meal) or 数式 (number formulas). You're right that they're not sudokus, but they have enough in common that I want sudoku solvers to be able to find them.
