This is supposed to be Mad Magazine's mascot Alfred E. Neuman, even though it looks like a 1940s car salesman. Just roll with it.
Disambiguation Dept.:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Extra Regions: cells shaded gray form extra regions containing the digits 1-9 once each.
Thermometer: digits on a thick, gray line increase from bulb to tip.
Parity lines: adjacent digits on an oddly shaped dark red line have different odd/even parity.
Quadruples: digits in a circle on a grid intersection have to appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.
Killer Cages: digits in cages may not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner.
Kropki Dots: cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
Stupid clue: The orange letters correspond to digits in a way that even Kaputnik can figure out.
Flesh colored lines are just cosmetic, because it's really hard to make the face look remotely right.

@asp1310, @Karitsu and everyone else saying they have problems with the M:
Look at the other letters and see if you can find a pattern. It's not logic, it's just mapping letters to numbers following a very simple rule.

"Stupid clue: The orange letters correspond to digits in a way that even Kaputnik can figure out." - Is this a reference to something we could only work out from knowing the magazine, or is it hidden information which is purely logical?

On stream you said that this puzzle unbelievably easy. So I went into it with this mindset and was surprised to find myself having to look hard to find the next step. It's definitely not a hard puzzle, but it is one I could enjoy figuring out! :)
