BlackboX

(Published on 15. September 2024, 13:13 by Florian Wortmann)

Although this puzzle has no negative constraint, you can view it as a late addition to my Black Kropki Series:

- Czarne Kropki
- Blackjack
- Black River

Hope you enjoy :-)

I'll leave some thoughts about this puzzle and it's difficulty in a hidden comment.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Digits may not repeat on the marked diagonals.

Kropki Pairs
Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Digits joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are neccessarily given.

that was fun, once I got rid of the first two digits, everything felt like a nice ride down the river.
Very beautiful puzzle, adding a bit of colour every now and again just to smooth out some waves... that also helped tremendously with the last triplet naturally.

Ha! A computer is unable to solve this, and guess what… Skorp17 is not amongst the solvers. What a surprise! I wonder if he finds a way though…

So symmetrical, so colorful, flowing nicely from start to finish!

Thank you for this fun puzzle, Florian Wortmann! The ending is truly spectacular. Even when there were only three distinct digits left to place (I think you know which ones I am thinking of), the puzzle did not feel trivial. Lovely concept and beautiful execution!
