Solve with SudokuPad
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.
• Cells separated by a knight's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.
• Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
• Digits along each thermometer must increase starting from the bulb end.
• A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are given.

break in had me baffled for a good bit, couldn't figure out what way around the six cage was until I coloured the five cage...
and after I was done whacking my head on the keyboard I proceeded with the puzzle... thanks mate ;-)

Excellent setting, as usual. And such a clever break-in! Like Decapod, I found myself wondering how long I'd already had the answer without realizing it (though with letters instead of colors).

I propagated a few colors around the board before I stopped and said, "surely I must have a digit by now!" I don't know how long that had been available, but that's a very clever break-in.
