A Killer Cage/Dutch Whispers sudoku variant
Normal sudoku rules apply, (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each).
Digits in cages cannot repeat within their cage and sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.
Additionally, orthogonally adjacent digits within the same cage must differ by at least 4.

very nice puzzle, but I think it needs a 3 or 4 star rating so as to not baffle and scare away new solvers :P
