Arrows' Evening Out
Rules:
• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Arrows: Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrow's circle.
• Odd/Even: Digits in grey squares are even.
(ALL of the arrow circles are even.)
• Non-consecutive: Orthogonally adjacent digits must not be successive (i.e. they must not have a difference of one).

I really enjoyed solving this puzzle. And I like the sparse presentation and simple rules.

Fascinating! It's the first time I've found non-consecutive rule to be so enjoyable. More like 3star : )
