90's nostalgia

- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits may not repeat inside a cage. All cages are thirty-something: their sum is a two digit number that starts with 3. All cages have different sums.
- Cells on a pink line contain a non repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
- Digits joined by a blue dot are in a 1:3 ratio. Not all possible dots are given.
