- Irregular 10-sudoku rules apply: place the digits 0 to 9 once each in every row column and region.
- The four cages are magic squares: they may not contain repeated digits, and all their 3-cell rows, columns and diagonals have the same sum. That same sum may differ between different cages.
- Digits joined by a V sum to 5. Not all such pairs are given.
