Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: digits in a cage may not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner.
Kropki Dots: cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
German Whisper: adjacent digits on a green line have a difference of at least 5.
Extra Regions: gray cells form extra regions containing the digits of 1-9 once each.
Renban: digits on a magenta line do not repeat and are consecutive in any order.
Thermometer: digits on a gray line increase from bulb to tip.
