- Normal sudoku rules apply.

- Magic Sigils: Within each 3x3 box, straight magenta line segments have the same sum. Different boxes may have different sums. (i.e. if r1c89 sum to 14 then r123c8 must also sum to 14)

- Remote X-Sum: Clues outside the grid give the sum of N sequential digits in the corresponding row/column, starting from the Nth position from the clue, where N is the first digit seen by the clue. (i.e. If r1c5 is 3 then r345c5 must sum to the clue.)

- Cypher: The letters MAGIC replace numbers from 1 to 9, and no two letters may replace the same number. A question mark can be any number from 0 to 9, and for all double digit clues, none may have a leading zero.
