Thanks all. I thought about cages instead. And really was looking for defining extra regions. I'll work up another one with lines / cages only that is a bit more challenging. I appreciate the feedback!

Very enjoyable puzzle. Only little disappointment is that the negative constraint is very little used, which goes against economy. But this is aesthetics, nothing to do with the enjoyment for solvers. Thanks for sharing.

I would like to offer some constructive feedback. Something to consider in future puzzles is that the renban lines everywhere became visually distracting. You could have used cages instead and gotten the same effect without the overwhelming visual business of the puzzle.
Do know that the solve was very enjoyable.

Cute, but solvable without using the renbans at all.

Good solve. I first used coloring as a high-low puzzle. When that ran out, I used letters and solved it completely with letters except about 7 or so cells left to disambiguate. I saw the kropki dot on the left that would resolve all those letters, but waited until I had all the letters done to use it. Then I replaced all the letters with numbers forced by that one kropki and the negative constraint disambiguated the last few cells. The 9 digit long renbans were a nice way to help with both the high-low distinctions as well as the particular digits.

Didn't find too hard at all, started out colouring expecting to have to colour the whole puzzle but got a number pretty quickly and it all worked out easily from there

Without colorado techniques like using lettets probably 3 stars. For me rather 2 stars. I had to use renbans only rarely. Fun solve for my first coffee today thx.
