Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.
German whispers: digits next to each other along the green line must have a difference of at least 5. All vertical and horizontal German whisper lines have been given, no diagonal lines.
V: digits with an V between them sum to 5.

The negative constraint didn't click for me until the last 4 digits! This was very difficult for me to do. But I got it done!

Really enjoyed this one: thank you! For me the negative constraint came in handy earlier than for other commenters - but however you go about it, it's a lovely puzzle.

I'd forgotten about the negative constraint by the end, but felt satisfied when I double checked the instructions and found the solve

Would have been cool if the negative constraint was required earlier in the solve. Nonetheless, nice puzzle!

I would buy a series of books made entirely of this ruleset.

Nice construction. I loved the coloring in the early stages. It is too bad that the negative constraint is used so little and so late. This goes against economy. But the idea is great and original: surely we'll see more elaborate applications soon. Thanks for sharing with us!!

I breezed through this, ignoring the negative constraint until the very end. Then had to re-read the rules to resolve the deadly pattern. Thank you for the fun.

Nice unique negative constraint. I had forgotten about it until the very last step when it was needed to disambiguate the final clues.

I do not recall ever doing a puzzle with a negative german whisper constrain. This was realy fun. Nice little brain picker. Thank you.
