A Day at the Races

Note: This puzzle has been released before as Formula 1 at Zandvoort. I've created this unthemed version of the puzzle for people who don't want to have to look up Formula 1 specific information.
This puzzle takes you along a racing lap around Zandvoort circuit. The puzzle uses the following rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Staying on the track is faster. All digits on any line are greater than orthogonally adjacent digits that are not on a line.
- Dutch whisper line: Adjacent numbers on the orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
- Region sum line: The sum of all digits on the blue line is the same for each box the line passes through.
- Parity line: The numbers along the green line alternate between odd and even.
- Killer cages: Cages cannot have repeating digits, and the digits in the cage will sum to the number in the top left corner.
Solution code: Row 1 (9 digits, no spaces)

Pretty neat. I did get thrown by the region sum line rule that was different than what I'm used to, and I was a little confused sometimes about which cells were part of the lines.

Every deduction was fair. Had to go back and forth many times. Very nice!
