Rotational symmetry- when rotated 180 degrees cells match.
Killer cages- digits sum to number in corner.
x=10 v=5
Arrows- two sets of digits sum to the digit in circle.
White dots- consecutive digits. black dots- 1:2 ratio.
Blue row indexer- digit X in position Y means digit Y must be in position X. Example: if r3c6 is 2 then r3c2 is 6.
Excluding center box:
Each box has digits 1-9.
Each row and column that does NOT cross the center box contains 1-9.
Red 3 cages have two values, one for the box and one for row or column. Example: 123345789 in r1 and 312345789 in c4 with 3 in red cage means that 3 also represents 6 123645789 612345789.

Solution code: Repeated set of seven digits on each arrow starting from the circle.

A few problems, two possibly worth mentioning. One is that the solution code becomes apparent long before the solve is completed. The other is that sudokupad (not entirely surprisingly) believes some right entries are wrong. Probably disabling solution check might fix that, but with who knows what unintended consequences !
