- The grid is made up of nine non-overlapping 9x9 grids referred to as "inner grids".
Rules for each inner grid:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Modifier: Mark one modifier cell in every row, column, and 3x3 box. Each digit 1 to 9 appears exactly once in a modifier cell.
- All modifier cells within the same inner grid must have the same value, that being a value from 1 to 9.
- No two inner grids may have the same value for its modifier cells. - Cells outside a grid do not contain digits.

Constraint Rules:

All constraints are standard using values instead of digits.
No negative or global constraints.
- If a line crosses between multiple grids, the cells outside a grid are not affected by the line constraint and do not affect adjacent cells along the line. Example 1: r7c1 of grid #2 sums the values of only r6c89 of grid #1, not the cell between Example 2: r9c9 of grid #4 and r1c9 of grid #7 must contain values that differ by at least 5.

- (Grid #1) Arrow: Values on an arrow must sum to the value in the arrow's circle. For the pill in r7c23: the number reads the cell's values from left-to-right.

- (Grid #2) Kropki: Cells joined by a white dot must contain consecutive values. Cells joined by a black dot must contain one value that's double the other.

- (Grid #3) Region Sum Line: Values along a blue line must sum to the same number within each 3x3 box the line passes through.

- (Grid #4) XV: Cells joined by a red X must sum to 10. Cells joined by a blue V must sum to 5.

- Grid #5 uses every constraint.

- (Grid #6) Double Arrow: The sum of the values along a double arrow line is equal to the sum of the values in the circles at either end of the line.

- (Grid #7) Renban: Cells along a purple line contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating values in any order.

- (Grid #8) German Whisper: Adjacent values along a green line must differ by at least 5.

- (Grid #9) Thermo: Values on a thermometer must strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.

Solution code: The modifier value for each grid in reading order (left-to-right, top-to-bottom) followed by row 4 of the central grid.

Total Time shown on Sudokulab: 18 hours, 49 minutes, 14 seconds.
Actual Time from starting to solve until now: 3 days.
Thanks for training my patience.
P.S.@Volkner There are 9 Modified cells in the same inner grid that takes the same value to satisfy the constraint, which may not be its original digit. for example, 4 and 5 can be adjacent on the german whisper line as 5 can be in a modified cell and take 9 as its modified value, thus the whole grid containing the pair has modified cells containing a complete set of 1 to 9 and taking 9 as their modified values.

53 minutes to solve this puzzle?

After checking his puzzle solving history, I can confirm that our Mr. Skorpian has gone too far this time.

That was a journey. Impressively put together with many cool moments. XV grid was my favorite!
