Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1, all black dots have been given.
Quadruples: digits in the small circle must appear in one of the four surrounding cells.

Nice puzzle. One little criticism is that, for my solving path, the negative constraint was only needed at the very end. Very enjoyable still. Thanks for sharing!

I got stuck and thought there were multiple solutions. It helps to read the rules. A great puzzle. So the only 'negative' thing about this puzzle, is me forgetting the constraint.

I love negative constraints. Thanks!

Another person who forgot that ALL BLACK DOTS are given ... and got stuck just short of the end. I think this keeps happening to folks because this is so solvable without the negative constraint until just before the end. Nice puzzle, thanks!!

I saw the 1 star difficulty rating, skimmed the rules and started but then I got stuck for a while near the end until I read that all the black dots have been given lol!

I have to say this puzzle has no unique solution. The 2-8 x-wing in r2 and r5 cannot be solved with the rules set to this puzzle.
Upd. My bad, I haven't seen 1 in box 3

Remember all black dots are given...

You know how Mark on CTC has a little figure of a Knight to remind him not to forget Knight's move constraints? Well, I think I'm going to acquire a little dolly and call her "Negative Nancy"... she'd have saved me from the 10 minutes I spent baffled as to why I was so stuck on a 1* puzzle! Great stuff, loved it :-)
