Normal sudoku rules apply
Yin-yang rules: Shade some cells such that there is a contiguous region of shaded and unshaded cells, where no two-by-two groups of cells can be shaded or nonshaded.
Modified Number Sum rules: Numbers outside the grid are the sum of the digits shaded that colour in that row or column, though shading does not need to be contiguous. Shaded cells use the value (if given) given in the cell, while unshaded cells must have a different value than shown. Note that >0 means that the sum is greater than 0.

Nice puzzle with a nice flow. Quite easy to solve once you understand the implications of the ruleset.
