I was inspired by Juggler's recent indexing puzzles, and made this...
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- THERMOS - Digits along a thermo increase from the bulb end.
- COORDINATES - Read from the bulb end, "XYZ" along a thermo indicates "row X column Y is Z". Different thermos cannot reference the same cell. Every referenced cell happens to lie on a thermo.

That's a very good construction. To solve this a different perspective and thinking is needed. I like this.

Beautiful. Was able to figure out the cells that were and werent referenced fairly quickly, and then Sudoku led the way. Took about 30 minutes for me to solve; 3 stars seems about right!

Pretty straightforward if you take the right path in the beginning. But not trivial. A lovely little puzzle!

So cool to see others running with this idea! The additional restriction that all indexed cells are on thermos makes this one very approachable. Lots of cool logic here.

I couldn’t solve juggler’s puzzle (yet), but happily I was able to do this beauty. I give 3 stars and want to thank you so much for creating and sharing this gem.

Well that took me almost two hours. A brilliant idea but SO confusing, lol. I have to disagree with thrutch, this is easily a 4 star difficulty imho.

That was very enjoyable, with some fun deductions along the way. Although it seemed intimidating at first because this is still quite a new rule set, I don't think this puzzle was more than 3 star difficulty.
