- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into groups of cells whose values have the same sum.
- Kropki: Black dots separate cells whose values are in a 1:2 ratio. White dots separate cells whose values differ by 1.
- Every row, column and box has exactly one "warm" cell (whose value is 0.5 greater than its digit) and exactly one "cool" cell (whose value is 0.5 less than its digit).
- Every number from 1 to 9 appears in exactly one warm cell and exactly one cool cell.
