This puzzle is directly inspired by Paletron's Dual Slitherlink. However, instead of two loops on a square grid, this puzzle consists of three loops on a triangular grid! I hope you enjoy it.
For Penpa+ answer check, the loop meeting the vertex second-from-left in the top row should be green, and the others should not.
Solution code: The number of different loops meeting each vertex along the middle row, left to right. (13 digits, no spaces.)

I've wanted to see more slitherlinks with multiple loops but they always tend to feel way too lose. This puzzle went against that, using a very interesting clue related to crossing that lead to a delightful break-in! Puzzle was smooth from there, would highly recommend for people who enjoy this genre.
