Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki dots (black) separate digits of 1:2 ratios.
Difference dots (white) separate digits by the number indicated in the circle.
Blue lines are region sum lines wherein segments have an equal sum N in each box it passes through.
Purple lines are sequence lines, which contain digits with a constant difference (eg. 135 or 369). Digits on a sequence line must be in ascending or descending order.

Very nice puzzle, a nice sequential solve, got stuck by my own idiocy for a minute but soon found my error.
