Rules:
Normal sudoku rules - Place the digits 1 through 9 in each cell without repeating a digit in a row, column, or box.
Killer Cages - In a cage, digits cannot repeat and sum to the number in the upper left.
Kropki - Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
