The rules are as follows:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits may not repeat on either diagonal.
Cells joined by "V" sum to 5. Cells joined by "X" sum to 10. Not all Xs and Vs are given.
Black dots separate cells of 2:1 ratio values. Not all black dots are given.
Digits along colored lines cannot be consecutive with their adjacent neighbors. The different colors are only used to indicate unique lines. Digits along unique lines may repeat if allowed by other rules. Note: The anti-consecutive rule DOES NOT apply to the diagonals.

The instructions were slightly unclear.
"Note: The anti-consecutive rule DOES NOT apply to the diagonals."
This refers to only to the BIG (length 9) diagonals. The 4 red and aqua diagonal lines DO have the anti-consecutive rule applied, or else they would have no effect.

A nice puzzle with interesting logic but it felt really tough to stay on top of the pencil markings. The huge range of lines in different colours made it a bit slow to work through the puzzle - I think they could have all been the same colour (except the diagonals of course) and it would have been a bit easier mentally.

Not terribly difficult from a logic perspective, but solvers must tread carefully so as not to make a mistake when pencil marking. I really liked this one. Thanks for sharing
