This is my first puzzle! :) h/t to a Jay Dyer puzzle for the initial inspiration.
- Standard Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows: The digits on an arrow sum to the digit at the tail of the circle.
- Counting Circles: A digit in any circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.

Figuring out the circles was easy, but untangling the left band was a bear. Interesting first puzzle!
