A Killer Cage/Dutch Whispers sudoku variant

Normal sudoku rules apply, (fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each).

Digits in cages cannot repeat within their cage and sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage.

Additionally, orthogonally adjacent digits within the same cage must differ by at least 4.

Nice puzzle! For me there was a pretty good flow throughout, though part of that may be being fairly familiar with Dutch Whispers.

Very start flows quickly with some great logic. But then a wall is hit, but after searching and looking and when i was almost about to give up i saw the light! A long but very rewarding 105 minutes
