Writing a Joke

Rules:
#1 Normal sudoku rules apply.
#2 Clones: Boxes 1 & 6 are clones of each other (re: each digit in the same relative position within these boxes is identical).
#3 Diagonal: Digits may not repeat along the marked 9-cell long diagonal.
#4 German Whispers: Digits along green lines must have a difference of at least 5.
#5 Modular Lines: Every set of three consecutive cells along a teal line must contain a digit from (1,4,7), (2,5,8) & (3,6,9).
#6 Arrows: Digits along arrows sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along arrows if allowed by other rules.
Note: Lines and arrows do not branch or share cells.
#7 Kropki Dots: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
#8 Fog of Humor: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear fog from the surrounding cells, possibly revealing additional clues and an original joke written by the setter.
