Namreg whispers, never 4, and white kropki dot rules apply
EXPLANATION OF RULES:
Namreg whispers: adjacent digits on a brown line differ by less than 5. ALL brown lines are given.
Never 4: place the digits 0 to 9 (never 4) in every row, column, and 3x3 bold outlined box.
White Kropki dot rule: adjacent digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
I spend hours setting and testing my puzzles. I appreciate the solvers who take a minute to rate my puzzles. They quickly fall deep into the list and sink into obscurity if they are not rated.

“Namreg” is “German” backwards. The brown lines are the opposite of German Whispers lines. I tried spelling Deutsche backwards to appeal to our gracious hosts, but “Ehcstued” looked far less pronounceable than “Namreg.”
