Product Lines (6x6 Samurai)
(Published on 7. August 2024, 13:43 by RockyRoer)
The Rules:
- [Sudoku] In each 6x6 grid, normal sudoku rules apply: Fill every row, column and 2x3 region with the digits from 1 to 6 once each.
- [Product Lines:] Along a brat green colored line, the sum of the digits on the line in one region and the sum of the digits on the line in the next region must multiply to specific values:
- In the Northwest grid, the products must be 12.
- In the Northeast grid, the products must be 20.
- In the Southeast grid, the products must be 30.
- In the Southwest grid, the products must be 40.
- In the final grid, there are four lines -- each of the products, 12, 20, 30, and 40, must be used exactly once.
Example: If R3c1 is 2, R2c2 is 4 and r1c3 is 2, then the product line would be 2x(2+4) = 12.
