Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • Digits cannot repeat on either diagonal.
  • Digits in a quadruple clue must appear at least once in the four surrounding cells.

  • Box borders divide the blue ring into segments with the same sum.
  • Digits along the black ring must increase from the bulb to the tip. The bulb and the tip are adjacent on the ring and their position, as well as the direction of the thermo, must be deduced.
  • Digits along the red ring all have the same parity (odd or even).
  • The yellow ring contains a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
  • Adjacent digits along the green ring must differ by at least 5.

Fairly easy to get started, then so many small deductions that are really hard to spot, at least for me. Beautiful puzzle, amazing setting, thanks!

W O W ! ! !
Took me 1298 minutes and 14 tries. On the first 13 the temptation of reinventing the thermometer rules was just too hard to resist. (-:
The more satisfying was - after a lot of scanning and preparation - the fluid solving of the last 40 numbers or so.
Would never have guessed, that exactly that ring would be the last to solve.
A True Masterpiece! Thank you!

Very cool puzzle. Started off simply enough but too many constraints really made it difficult to spot the right cells at different stages. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Spectacular puzzle! The sudoku part is a bit harder than finding the interaction between the rings in my view.

Very nice. Felt like a 3* difficulty because it was so smooth. However, there were a couple of tricky spots which made this a 4* for me. Lovely setting thank you.
