Sneaky Arrows
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place every digit from 1 to 9, once each, into every row, column, and 3x3 region.
- Arrows: The digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
- Anti-Knight: Digits separated by a knight's move in chess may not contain the same digit.

Somewhere in the middle I just could not find the next logical step so I'll rate it harder than it was probably intended. Had to do a little guessing to rule some things out and finally finish.
